Fabrication
From ballet props to custom riser packages, the fabrication department at Technotrix is equipped to handle projects of varying sizes in house. In addition to custom solutions for our clients, many of our inventory items are efficient, custom designs manufactured in our fabrication shop. Our staff uses various types of computer-aided design software and utilize years of industry experience to develop solutions that are both innovative and efficient. Protecting equipment from the rigors of the road, ease of use and truck pack compatibility are just a few of the things considered when designing a new product. In addition to manufacturing custom items, the fabrication department is equipped with the tools and staff to perform most equipment repairs in house. This capability allows Technotrix clients the comfort of knowing all of the equipment provided by Technotrix is well-maintained and up to code.
Our facilities enable us to work with aluminum, steel, wood and plastic as well as electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electro-mechanical components. Technotrix employs award-winning welders capable of mig, tig and stick welding. In addition, we have full paint, finishing, powdercoating and machining capabilities as well as vinyl printing, cutting, application and vehicle wrapping.
